The Leadership AKAdemy, a program of Alpha Omega Foundation, Incorporated, in partnership with Alpha Omega Chapter, was established in 1992 as a part of Alpha Omega Chapter’s celebration of the 75th anniversary of its chartering. It is a leadership and personal development program for 9th through 12th grade students.The goals of the Leadership AKAdemy are to help youth improve their self-image, increase their awareness of the world in which they live, instill pride in self and respect for others, develop academic and career choice skills, and revitalize the belief that education is the door to opportunity.
